General Terms and Conditions

All rates quoted are subject to availability and alteration. All discounted rates quoted are limited offers and are subject to availability and may be subject to a minimum night stay. Whilst every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of all information, we do not accept liability for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change information and descriptions of featured products.

Bookings

To make a booking you must enter the details of a valid credit or charge card legally held by you. We charge a deposit of 25% of the total to secure the reservation and the balance is due on arrival. This deposit is strictly non-refundable. We will send you a Booking Confirmation by email detailing, type of room, arrival dates, price and number of nights. It is very important that you read the confirmation as this is from our reservation system and any changes or omissions should be reported immediately.

Check-in Times

Check-in Time is from 15.00pm and Check-out Time is 11.00am on the day of Departure.

Cancellation Policy

A deposit of 25% of the total is required to secure the reservation. This deposit is strictly non-refundable. The balance is due on the day of your arrival. You may cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before arrival and you will not have to pay any of the balance. If you cancel after this time, you will be liable for the amount of the first night’s stay.

Privacy Statement

We fully endorse and adhere to the principles of the Data Protection Acts 1998 and 2003. Specifically, we state that we will:

  • Obtain and process information fairly.
  • Keep it only for one or more specified, explicit and lawful purpose.
  • Use and disclose it only in ways compatible with these purposes.
  • Keep it safe and secure.
  • Keep it accurate, complete and up to date.
  • Ensure that it is adequate, relevant and not excessive.
  • Retain it for no longer than is necessary for the purpose or purposes.
  • Give a copy of his/her personal data to that individual, on written request

Your Responsibilities

You must look after the property. This means you must keep all furniture and fittings in the same state of repair and condition as at the start of your stay. You must leave the property in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which you found it, save normal wear and tear. If you break these conditions we will make an additional cleaning charge and/or make a claim against you for repair or loss as a result of damage caused. You are expected to show due consideration for other people as well. If you abuse the property or display rude, dangerous or offensive behavior towards the staff or other third party, we can refuse to allow you possession of the property or ask you to leave the accommodation before the end of your stay. If this happens we will treat your booking as cancelled and you will not be entitled to a refund.

Pets

We regret that pets, with the exception of guide dogs, are not allowed.

Special Requests

Requests for cots, high-chairs and fold up beds must be made at time of booking, whilst we will endeavor to do all possible to meet your request, it can not be guaranteed. Fold up beds are not suitable for adults. These are chargeable items.

Lost Property

Leeson Bridge Guesthouse is not responsible for any loss of valuables or property left in or at the property during the stay or after departure.

Acceptance

By making this booking, you have agreed to accept the Terms and Conditions above. You agree to be responsible for the rooms for the duration of your stay and have read and fully understood the Terms & Conditions of Leeson Bridge Guest House.
